Özet

Bu olgu adli belge sahteciliği ile ilgili olguların yeterli teknikdonanıma sahip laboratuvar ortamında adli tahkikat eşliğindeincelenmesinin önemini vurgulamak için sunulmuştur. Busahtecilik türü görünürde tek senet gibi olan, üsttekinin imzabölümü pencere şeklinde açılmış ve yapıştırılmış aynı vasıftaiki senedin, taraflar arasında düzenlendikten sonra üsttekisenedin ayırılıp alt senette kalan imzanın kullanarak yeni birsenet tanzim edilmesi ile ilgilidir. Belgedeki fiziksel bulgularVideo Spectral Comparator [VSC] cihazı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir.İncelemeler sonucunda imzanın davacıya ait olduğutespit edilmekle birlikte belgedeki fiziksel bulgular ortada birsenet sahteciliğinin olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract

This case of criminal cases related to forgery of documentswith adequate technical equipment in the laboratory in thepresence of judicial investigation was conducted to highlightthe importance of the analysis. The case is about two promissorynote, one adhered to other, signature was taken by makinggap, like window, on the upside promissory note andthe signature on the inferior promissory note was used to createnew promissory note. Physical findings in the documentwas assesed with Video Spectral Comparator [VSC] device. Atthe end of the examination we concluded that the signaturewas belong to the plaintiff but physical details of the documentstated that the primissory note was forged.
