Özet
Tekstiloma göğüs cerrahisinin nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Kırk bir yaşında erkek hasta büllöz akciğer hastalığı nedeniyle ameliyat edildi. Takiplerinde akciğer grafisinde sol alt zonda kitle lezyon izlendi. Bilgisayarlı tomografi eşliğinde transtorasik iğne biyopsisi yapıldı ve histopatoloji sonucu dikiş materyali olarak bildirildi. Yabancı cisim torakotomi ile çıkartıldı.
Abstract
Textiloma is a rare complication of thoracic surgery. A 41- year-old male underwent surgery for bullous disease. A follow- up chest radiograph showed a mass lesion in the lower zone of the left hemithorax. Computed tomography-guided transthoracic biopsy was performed and the histopathological result was reported as suture material. The foreign body was removed with thoracotomy.
