Recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax in pregnancy

Özet
Spontan pnömotoraks gebelikte nadir görülen, hayatı tehdit eden bir patolojidir. Bu yazıda, göğüs ağrısı venefes darlığı yakınmaları ile doğum öncesi kliniği- mize başvuran, G2P1 gebeliğinin 34. haftasında olan28 yaşında bir kadın olgu sunuldu. Akciğer grafisindesağda yaygın pnömotoraks izlendi. Göğüs tüpü takıl-dıktan sonra hastada yaklaşık 15 gün içerisinde ikikez pnömotoraks gelişti. Hastaya göğüs tüplü olarak spinal anestezi altında acil sezaryan yapıldı. Hastanıntakibinde çekilen toraks bilgisayarlı tomografisinde hemitoraks sağ alt lobda bül görüldü. Sağ torakotomi ile büllektomi yapıldı.
Abstract
Spontaneous pneumothorax is a life-threatening pathologywhich occurs rarely during pregnancy. In this article, wereport a 28-years-old G2P1 pregnant female case with agestational week of 34 who was admitted to our antenatalclinic with the complaints of chest pain and dyspnea. ChestX-ray showed an extensive pneumothorax in the right side.Pneumothorax developed twice over approximately 15 daysfollowing chest tube insertion. An urgent cesarean sectionwas performed under spinal anesthesia with the chest drain insitu. During her follow-up the thoracic computed tomographyrevealed a bulla at the lower lobe of the right hemithorax. Weperformed right thoracotomy and bullectomy.
