ANNELERİN SEZARYEN DOĞUMUN ANNE VE ÇOCUK SAĞLIĞINA ETKİLERİ İLE İLGİLİ BİLGİ VE GÖRÜŞLERİ

Özet
Amaç: Sezaryen doğumun anne ve çocuk sağlığına etkileri konusunda annelerin bilgi ve görüşlerini incelemektir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipte yapılan araştırma, Haziran 2013-Mayıs 2016 tarihleri arasında, Atatürk Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü’ne bağlı olarak, Trabzon ili Bahçecik 1 nolu, Erdoğdu Aile Sağlığı Merkezinde 0-12 aylık bebeği olan 300 anne ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında soru formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler, bilgisayar ortamında yüzdelik dağılım ve ortalama ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada, etik ilkelere uyulmuştur. Bulgular: Sezaryenle doğum yapan annelerin, %65’i sorun yaşayacağını, %58.3’ü sezaryeni tercih ettiğini, %45’i sezaryenin zor bir doğum şekli olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Annelerin %70.9’u sezaryenin anne ve bebek üzerine olumsuz etkisi olduğunu ve %12.1‘i sezaryen doğumun anne ile çocuk arasındaki etkileşimi geciktirdiğini belirtmiştir. Annelerin %65.6’sının evdeki rollerini sürdürememe endişesi yaşadığını, %51.4’ü doğumdan sonra psikososyal sorunlar yaşadığını ve bu annelerin %35.6’sı bebeğini geç görmeye bağlı rahatsızlık hissettiğini, %35.6’sı işiyle ilgili kaygılarının olduğunu, %8.9’u beden imajının bozulmasından rahatsız olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Annelerin %41.1’i sezaryen sonrası bebeğiyle ilgili sorun yaşamış ve bu annelerin %47.2’si bebeğinde solunum problemi olduğunu, %41.7’si bebeğini görmesinin geciktiğini, %35.4’ü bebeğinin küvöze alındığını ve %24’ü bebeğine oksijen verildiğini belirtmiştir. Sonuç: Anneleri sezaryen doğuma iten faktörlerin ortadan kaldırılması, sezaryen endikasyonları dışında, normal doğumu tercihi ve memnuniyeti arttırıcı girişimlerin ve stratejilerin geliştirilmesi önemli görünmektedir.
Abstract
Aim: To examine the knowlegde and view of mothers on cesarean section and its effects on mother and child health. Method: The research made in descriptive type, has been realized on 300 mothers with 0-12 months old babies within the “Bahçecik 1 nolu Erdoğdu Aile Sağlığı Merkezi” in Trabzon city connected to Atatürk University Institute of Health Sciences. During the gathering of the data a question form has been used. The data has been analyzed in computer according to percentage disribution and average. The research has been carried on according to ethic ideals. Results: Cesarean delivery mothers has stated that mothers would have problems (65%) and would prefer cesarean section (58.3%), and cesarean birth is a difficult shape (45%). %70.9 of mothers pointed that cesarean has a negative effect on both mother and the child and %12.1 said that cesarean birth delayed the interaction of mother and child. %51.4 of mothers suffered pscyhosocial problems and %35.6 of those told that they felt discomfort from seeing their baby late, %8.9 told they felt discomfort from the deformation of their body image, %65.6 had fears of being unable to sustain their roles at home, %35.6 had concerns about their business. %41.1 of mothers had issues with their babies after the cesarean and %41.7 told they were late to bring their babies, %47.2 told their baby had beathing problems, %35.4 told their baby was taken in to incubator and %24 told their baby was given oxygen. Conclusion: It seems important that the elimination of the factors pushing mother of caesarean birth, developing strategies and initiatives to increase normal birth preference and satisfaction in except indication for cesarean section.
