Özet
Yanlış enjektör ve ampul seçimi, epidural ve intravenöz hattın karıştırılması ve hatalı doz uygulaması anestezide sık karşılaşılan ilaç uygulama hatalarıdır(1). Bu olgu sunumunda üreterovezikal darlık nedeniyle operasyona alınan, yanlışlıkla epidural kateterden revers uyguladığımız bir çocuk hastayı sunarak anestezide hatalı ilaç uygulamalarına dikkat çekmek ve buna engel olmak için alınması gereken önlemleri irdelemeyi amaçladık.
Abstract
Most of the errors encountered during drug applications at anesthesia may arised from the selection of wrong syringe and ampoule, confusion of epidural and intravenous line or incorrect dose administration(1). In this case report, accidentally application of reverse drugs via epidural catheter to a patient who was operated for ureterovesical stenosis was presented. We aimed to take care of drugs errors in anesthesia practice and to discuss measures to be taken to prevent it.
