Abstract
Cicatricial pemphigoid is a relatively rare disease characterized by the presence of bullous lesions and erosion of mucous membranes leading to scarring. Oral and conjunctival membranes are the most frequently affected. Once the esophagus is involved, webs and smooth strictures, are seen. We present such a rare case in this article.
