Özet

Ileus nedeniyle laparotonii yaptığımız bir vakada omentumun değişik bir anomalisine rastladık. Omen-tum geniş delikleri ile örümcek ağ görünümünde idi. Li¬teratürde rastlamadığımız bu ilginç vakayı yayın¬lamayı uygun bulduk.

Abstract

A case of ileum strangulation secondary to a peculiar type of omental anomaly is presented in a pati¬ent who underwent emergency laparotomy for ileus. Ile¬um strangulation in this case was secondary to a disti-net type of omentum characterized with many large ho¬les and with the gross appearance of a spider web.
