Abstract
Kaposi's sarcoma is a systemic, multicentric and slowly progressing tumor which usually involves the skin. The iatrogenic subtype is observed in patients treated with immunosuppressive therapy, especially in organ transplant recipients. Extracutaneous Kaposi's sarcoma most frequently involves the lymph nodes, the gastrointestinal tract and the lungs. The most common locations in the gastrointestinal tract are stomach and duodenum. The endoscopic findings of gastric Kaposi's sarcoma are specific. The lesions are detected as more or less infiltrated red-purple spots during endoscopic examination. In this report, we present two patients who developed Kaposi's sarcoma with gastric involvement following renal transplantation.
