Kars Yöresinde Atlarda Bruselloz ve Toksoplazmoz'un Seroprevalansı

Özet
Bu çalışmada , Kars yöresinde atiarda bruselloz ve toksoplazmoz' un seroprevalansını saptamak amacıyla 111 at serumu incelendi. Bruselloz yönünden serum örnekleri Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT) ve Serum Aglütinasyon Test (SAT); Toksoplazmoz tanısında Sabin Feldman Dye Test (SFDT) yö nteminden yararlanılmıştır. Serum örneklerinden I (% 0.90 )'i RBPT ile pozitif bulunurken SAT ile 27 (% 24.32 )'s i 1/ 10- 1/20 arasında değişen titreler vermiştir. SAT'de pozitif olarak kabul edilen 1/40 ve üzeri titre ler tesbit edilememiştir. SFDT ile ı ı ı at serumundan 2 (% 1.80 )' sinin anti-Toxoplasma gondii antikorları yönünden 1/16 titrede seropozitif olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, incelenen at serum örnekleri Brucella infeksiyo nu yönünden seranegatif bulunurken, 2 at serumu anti-Toxoplasma gondii antikorları yönünden serapozitif bulunmuştur.
Abstract
In this study, 111 horse serum samples collected from ın Kars were examined in order to detect antibodies against Brucelfa abm·tus and Toxoplasma gondii. Serum samples were e xa nıi n e d for brucellosis by Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT) and Tube Aglutination Test (TAT) for Toxopl asmosis by Sab i n - Fe l d nı a n Dye Test (SFDT). While I (0.90 %) was positive by RBPT, gave at a titre of 1/10- 1/20 by TAT. Non e of sera examined by TAT gave 1140 and above, which is accepted as a positive titre. 2 ( 1. 80 %) of 1 1 1 horseserum samples were found seropositive against Toxoplasma gondii at a titre of ı/1 6 by Sabin Fe ldman Dye Test. As a result, while all horse serum samples were found to be serologically negative for Bruceila infec tion, 2 horse samples were found seropositive against Toxoplasma gondii.
