Niğde Yöresinde Sığırlarda Toxoplasma gondii'nin Seroprevalansı

Özet
Bu çalı;ma Niğde yöresinde sığırlarda toxoplasmosis'in seroprevalansını saptamak için yapılmı;tır. Bu amaçla Mm·t 1998-0cak 1999 tarihleri arasında Niğde yöresinde çe;itli odaklardan biriabort yap mı; 100 sığırdan kan alınıp, serumları çıkarılarak Sabin-Feldman Dye testi ile Toxoplasma gondii antikorları bakımından muayene edilmi; tir. Sonuç olarak %47 serapozitiflik tespit edilmi; olup, bunların sulandırma basamak/arına göre dağılımı ise 1/16'da 29, 1/64'de 16 ve 11256'da 2 olarak saptanmıştıı: Abort yapan hayvanda serapozitiflik 1116 titrasyon basamağında bulunmuştur.
Abstract
This study was caı-ried out .in order to detect the seroprevalance of toxoplasmosis in cattle in Nigde between March 1998-]anuary 1999. Using the Sabin-Feldman test Toxoplasma gondii antibodies were determined in 100 catt!e of which 1 cattle had abortion in Nigde. As a ı-es u lt, 47 of 100 cattle ( 47%) w ere fo und seropositive. In the group of seropositive cattle, it w as fo und that 29 sera sanıpfes were positive at the 1116 dilutioıı, 16 sera sanıpfes at the 1/64 dilution and 2 sera sanıpfes at the 1125 6 dilutioıı. The seropositivity tilers of the aborted cattle was found at 1116.
