Endüstriyel Kenevir Tohum Üretiminin Ekonomik Analizi: Vezirköprü Örneği

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Samsun İli Vezirköprü İlçesindeki tohumluk endüstriyel kenevir üretim ekonomisi ile tohumluk endüstriyel kenevir üretiminde girdi kullanımı, maliyet, kârlılık ve verimlilik analizleri ele alınmıştır. Araştırma Vezirköprü ilçesinde faaliyette bulunan endüstriyel kenevir üreten işletmelerdeki tohumluk endüstriyel kenevir üretim ekonomisini ve analizini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan birincil veriler, Vezirköprü İlçesinde endüstriyel kenevir üretimi yapan üreticilerden anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Endüstriyel kenevir üretimi yapan işletmelerden elde edilen veriler 2020-2021 üretim dönemine aittir. Çalışmada; dekara endüstriyel kenevir tohum veriminin 60 kg ila 100 kg arasında değişmekte olduğu, lif veriminin ortalama 200 kg da-1 olduğu görülmektedir. Sadece tohum amaçlı üretimde, maliyeti içindeki en büyük pay %34.1 ile işçilik giderlerine aittir. Değişken masrafların toplam maliyet içindeki payı, sadece tohumluk için üretimde %77.2, lif ile beraber tohumluk üretimindeki tohumluk için payı %78.3, lif üretimindeki payı %88.1 ve toplam üretimdeki payı %86.7 oranındadır. Sadece tohum amaçlı üretimde gayri safi üretim değerinin 4.000 tl da-1 ve bir kilogram kenevir tohumu üretim maliyetinin de 25.73 tl kg-1 olduğu, tohum ve lif elde etmek için yapılan üretimde gayri safi üretim değerinin 10 200 tl da-1, bir kilogram tohum üretim maliyetinin 10.6 tl kg-1 ve lif üretim maliyetinin ise 17.4 tl kg-1 olduğu görülmüştür. Endüstriyel kenevir üretim faaliyetinin karlılığının artırılması için; girdi maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi ve desteklemenin yeterli düzeyde yapılması endüstriyel kenevir üretimini daha karlı duruma getirecektir. Ayrıca girdilerin etkinliğinin ve verimin artırılması ile ıslah çalışmalarına yeterli destek ve teşvikin verilmesi de gerekmektedir. Pazarlama sorunlarının çözülmesi ve özellikle tohumun sağlık ve tıbbi farmakoloji alanında kullanılması için mevzuat düzenlemelerinin yapılması ve izinlerin verilmesi endüstriyel kenevir üretiminde katma değeri çok artıracaktır.
Abstract
In this study, economy of seed production economy; input use, cost, profitability and efficiency analyzes of seed production of industrial hemp in Vezirkopru, district of Samsun province, are discussed. The research was carried out in order to reveal the economics and analysis of industrial hemp production in industrial hemp producing enterprises in Vezirkopru district. The primary data used in the research were obtained from and industrial hemp producer in the Vezirkopru district by using the survey method. The data obtained from the industrial hemp production was 2020-2021 production period. In the study, it is seen that the industrial hemp seed yield ranged 60 to 100 kg da-1, and the mean fiber yield is 200 kg da-1. In the seed production alone, the largest share cost belongs to the labor costs with 34.1%. The share of variable costs in total cost is 77.2% for seed production, 78.3% for seed production with fiber, 88.1% for fiber production and 86.7% for total production. In the production for seed only, the gross production value is 4.000 TL da-1 and the production cost of one kilogram of hemp seeds is 25.73 TL. It was seen that 10.6 TL kg-1 and fiber production cost was 17.4 TL kg-1. In order to increase the profitability of industrial hemp production activity, reducing input costs and adequate supports will make industrial hemp production more profitable. In addition, it is necessary to increase the efficiency and productivity of the inputs and to give sufficient support and incentives to the breeding studies. Solving marketing problems and making legislative arrangements and granting permits, especially for the use of seeds in the field of health and medical pharmacology, will greatly increase the added value in industrial hemp production.
