CUMHURİYET DÖNEMİNDE YAZILAN EDEBİYAT TARİHLERİNDE YENİ TÜRK ŞİİRİ

Özet

29 Ekim 1923’te ilan edilen Cumhuriyet’le birlikte siyasi hayatta olduğugibi kültürel hayatta da köklü bir değişim süreci başlar. Edebiyat tarihi yazımı dasüreç içinde yeni bir yön bulur. Erken Cumhuriyet Dönemi’nde yazılan edebiyattarihleri, lise ders kitabı olarak belirir. Bunlar, eğitimdeki öğretici işlevlerinin yanısıra bir edebiyat kanonunun oluşmasında da etkili yayınlardır. Şiir merkezli biredebiyat olan Türk edebiyatının tarihi yazılırken bu türe ve türün temsilcilerinefarklı dikkatlerle yaklaşılır. Bu da yeni Türk şiirindeki kanonik tutumubelirginleştirir. Erken Cumhuriyet Dönemi’nden günümüze gelene kadar yazılanedebiyat tarihlerinden hem şiir kanonunun oluşturulmasına matuf çabalar hem debilginin kullanımı, yöntem ve yaklaşım sorunları izlenebilir.

Abstract

Together with the Republic declared on October 29 th of 1923, there begins a radical change process in the cultural life as well as being in the political life. Literary history writing finds a new direction in the process as well. Literary histories written in the Early Republican Period appear as high school textbooks. These are effective publications in the formation of literary canon along with their educational tutorial functions. The historical writings of Turkish literature, as a poetry-based literature, are approached with different attentions to this genre and its representatives. So, this indicates the canonical attitude of new Turkish poetry. Both the efforts to form the poem canon and the use of the information, and also the methods and approaches can be traced through the literary histories written from the Early Republican Period to the present day.
