Özet

Türkiye’de, Yeni Koronavirüs Hastalığı (COVID-19) sürecinin başında tıbbi malzeme ihtiyacı önemli ölçüde artış göstermiştir. Hastalığın Türkiye’de görülmesi üzerine, söz konusu malzeme lere yönelik yoğun talep, fiyatların fahiş düzeyde artmasına ve birçok ürünün piyasada buluna mamasına neden olmuştur. Bu kapsamda COVID-19 ile mücadelede maske, dezenfektan, kolon ya gibi tıbbi malzemelerin arzında alternatif üretim modelleri ön plana çıkmıştır. Meslek liseleri maske, kolonya, el ve yüzey dezenfektanı, tek kullanımlık tulum gibi birçok ihtiyaç duyulan mal zemeyi üreterek sürece oldukça önemli bir katkı sunmuştur. Bununla birlikte gerçekleştirilen AR-GE çalışmaları da üretim temelli bir eğitimde yenilikçi yaklaşımları ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu durum özellikle piyasa-istihdam ilişkisi kapsamında mesleki eğitim politikalarının ve kaynak kullanımının sorgulanmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmada, meslek liselerinin pan demi sürecinde ekonomi başta olmak üzere sunduğu katkılar değerlendirilecektir. Çalışma, mes leki ve teknik eğitim politikalarının uygulanmasında ve kaynakların yönetiminde kamunun be lirleyiciliğine olan ihtiyacı ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler, söz konusu araştırma yöntemi çerçevesinde doküman analizi aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir.

Abstract

In Turkey, the need for medical supplies has increased considerably at the beginning of the outbreak of the New Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Since the disease was seen in Turkey, the intense demand for the material in question has led to an extortionate increase in prices and many products have become unavailable in the market. In this context, alternative production models have come to the fore in the supply of medical supplies such as masks, disinfectants, and cologne in the fight against the COVID-19. Vocational high schools have made a significant cont ribution to the process by producing several required materials such as masks, cologne, hand and surface disinfectants, disposable coveralls. Also, the R&D studies which was carried out reveal that innovative approaches in production-based education. This situation necessitates the questioning of vocational training policies and the use of resources, especially in the context of the market-employment relationship. In this context, the contributions of vocational high scho ols during the pandemic process, especially in the economy, will be evaluated in the study. The study reveals the need for public decisiveness in the implementation of vocational and technical education policies and the management of resources. The qualitative research method was used in the study. The data were obtained through document analysis within the framework of the aforementioned research method.
