Özet
300 adet deney tavşanlarında lezyon gösterenlerden alınan deri kazıntıları mikroskobik ve kültür yönünden incelenmiştir. Mikroskobik muayenede 22 lezyonludan 8'inde uyuz amili psoroptescom var. Cunuculi tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan kültürde saprofitik karekterli aspergillus sp., penicillium sp. , mucor sp. ve alternaria sp. üremiştir. Abstract
Skin scrapings taken from laboratory rabbits, which were showing skin lesions, have been investigated from standpoint of microskopic and cultural. In microscopical investigation in 8 of 22 disease rabbits, have been determinated psoroptes com. var. cuniculi, the cousative agent of psoroptic manege. In the cultural examinations, the growths pertaning to saprophytic aspergillus sp. i penicillium sp. , mucor sp. and alternaria sp. have been seen. We weren't able to see pathogenic fungus diseases among laboratory rabbits in our institute.
