Özet
Bu çalışmada; 2-(p-sübstitüefenil)-3H-imidazo (4,5-b) piridin yapısında 2 si orijinal, 9 bileşik hazırlanmıştır. Bu bileşiklerin yapıları aletli analiz yöntemleri ile açıklandıktan sonra, sentez ve yapı açıklamaları daha önceki bir çalışmada verilen, 2-(p-sübstitüefenil)-3Himidazo (4,5-c ) piridin türevi 11 bileşik ile birlikte antibakteriyel etkileri incelenmiştir. Bileşiklerden 2-(p-etilfenil)-3H-imidazo (4,5-b) piridinin (Bileşik Ic ) Bacillus anthracis'e (MİK : 500 µg/ml) ve Bacillus subtilis'e (MİK : 1000 µg/ml) karşı antibakteriyel etkisi dikkate değer bulunmuştur.
Abstract
In this research, nine, 2-(p-substitutedphenyl)-3H-imidazo (4, 5-b) pyridines were prepared and 2 of them were original. After the structure elucidation, using instrumental analysis, the antibacterial activities of these compound s and eleven, 2-(p-substituted)-3H— imidazo (4,5-c) pyridines of which synthesis and structure elucidation were reported previously, have been tested. Amon g the compound ssynthesized, the antibacterial activity of 2-(p-efhylphenyl)-3Himidazo (4,5—b) pyridine (Compou d Ic ) against Bacillus anthracis (MIC : 500 µg/ml) and Bacillus subtilis (MIC : 1000 µg/ml) was found noteworthy.
