The distribution of gastrointestinal nematodes of Angora goats in Central Anatolia

Özet

İç Anadolu bölgesi tiftik keçilerinde mide bağırsak nematodlarının yayılışını belirlemek amacıyla 1996 yılında yapılan bu çalışmada bölgeyi temsilen Eskişehir ve Ankara yöresinden temin edilen 50 keçinin mide ve bağırsakları incelenmiştir. Bakısı yapılan hayvanların tamamı (%100) mide bağırsak nematodları ile enfekte buluıunuştur. Enfekte keçilerden toplam olarak 41085 adet nematod toplanmış ve ortalama parazİt sayısı 821 .7 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bir hayvanda bulunan tür sayısı l-l O ve keçi başına düşen parazİt sayısı ise 190-3037 arasında değişmiştir. Bulunan nematod türleri; Ostertagia Ivrata (%60), O. circuıncincta (%34) Marshallagia marshall i (% 74), Haemonchus contortus (% 12), Trichostrongylus probolurus(%6), T. colubriformis (%2), Nematodirus fılicollis (%78) N . abnormalis (%60), N. spathiger (%20), Trichuris ovis (%54 ), T. skrjabini (%1 0), T. discolor (% 10), Chabertia o vi na(% 18), Skrjabinema ovis (% 14) olarak tespit edilmiştir

Abstract

In this study, the gastrointestinal organs of Angora goats were examined for the gasrointestinal netnatodes in 1996, in Eskişehir and Ankara regions. All the examined aniınals were found to be infected (100%) with gastro intestinal nematodes. Totaly, 41085 nematodes were collected from infected goats and average number ofparasites in goats were found as 821.7. The number of nematode species each animal ranged between 1 and 10 and the number ofparasites in each animal ranged between 190 and 3037. The collected neınatodes were indentifıed as follows; Ostertagia Iyrata (60%), O circumcincta (34%), Marshallagia marshalli (74%), Haemonchus contortus (12%) Trichostrongvlus probolunıs (6%), T. colubriformis (2%) Nematodinıs fılicollis (78%), N. abnormalis (60%), N. spathiger (20%), Trichuris ovis (54%) T.skrjabini ( 1 0%), T.discolor (1 0%), Chabertia ovina (1 R%) and Skrjabinema ovis(l4%).
