Renal pelvisin spontan perforasyonu ve perinefrik alana üriner ekstravasazyon çocukluk çağında oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur. Erişkinlerde üriner sistem obstruksiyonlarına neden olan anomaliler ve bunlara eşlik eden enfeksiyon ve taş varlığında gelişebilir. Bu yazıda 18 aylık bir kız olguda; renal pelvisinin rüptürüne neden olup, retroperitonel alana göç eden bir taş olgusu ve bu olgudaki tedavi yaklaşımı sunulmaktadır
Abstract
Spontaneous perforation of the renal pelvis and extravasation of urine into the perinephric space is an extremely rare condition in childhood. It is mostly related to underlying congenital urinary tract abnormalities and caused by urolithiasis or infection in the setting of urinary obstruction.
