Özet

The localization effect of the magnetic field in two dimensional systems is studied. It is found that only the top Landau levels are responsible for the transport. If at B = $B_i$ there are $V_i$ Landau levels below or equal to the Fermi level, the states at the top Landau levels are first delocalized then get localized at certain fields $B = k_iB_i$. We calculate the values of $k_i$ in terms of the filling factors $V_i$.
