Özet

In the random phase approximation, it is shown that the charge-exchange spin-spin interaction in the particle-particle channel generates a new branch of collective 1+ states in odd-odd |Z±1,N±1> spherical nucleus. The probability of neutron-proton transfer is enhanced for transition connecting these particle-particle $1^+$ states and ground states of the neighboring even-even nuclei. The rate of allowed Gamow-Teller $\beta$ -decay to these states is significantly suppressed as compared with that to the particle-hole $1^+$ states.
