Özet
Cücelik tiplerinden biri olan akondroplazide yapısal bozukluklar nedeniyle sezaryenle doğum için anestezi tekniğinin seçimi ve yö- netimi özelliklidir. Biri acil biri elektif iki akondroplazik gebede sezaryenle doğum için uygulanan başarılı tek doz spinal anestezi yaklaşımımızı literatür eşliğinde tartışarak sunmayı amaçladık.
Abstract
Because of structural defects in achondroplasia, as one of the dwarfism types, the choice of an anaesthetic technique and man- agement for caesarean delivery presents a challenge. We aimed to discuss our successful single-shot spinal anaesthesia approach for caesarean section for one urgent and one elective achondroplasic parturient based on the literature.
