Özet

Anestezistler hastanın riskini en aza indirmek için her zaman en güvenli yöntemi seçmelidirler. Bilateral büyük oksipital sinir blo- ğu günümüzde, ultrason eşliğinde güvenli bir şekilde yapılabil- mektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda boyun arkasında kitlesi bulunan; sahip olduğu ek hastalıkları nedeniyle genel anestezi yönünden riskli olan hastaya, uyguladığımız ultrason eşliğinde bilateral bü- yük oksipital sinir bloğunu sunuyoruz

Abstract

Anaesthesiologists must always prefer the safest method to mini- mize the risk for patients. At present, ultrasound-guided blockage of the greater occipital nerve can be performed in a safe manner. In this report, we presented our experience of ultrasound-guided blockage of the greater occipital nerve that we performed in a pa- tient with a mass at the back of the neck who had risk of general anaesthesia because of comorbidities
