Fibrous pseudotumor of the tunica testis

Abstract

We report a case of fibrous pseudotumor of the tunica albuginea. Fibrous pseudotumor is a rare entity that should be considered in the diagnosis of intrascrotal tumors. In this patient, because he had a history of testicular biopsy performed 14 months before the diagnosis we accepted this tumor as a reactive process, secondary to this special type of trauma.
