Özet
Bu çalışmada, farklı tekstüre (killi tın ve kumlu tın) sahip topraklara değişik oranlarda zuruf kompostu uygulanmış (0, 3 ton da-1, 6 ton da-1, 8 ton da-1) ve su noksanlık stresi (tarla kapasitesinin %75’i, %50’si ve %25’i düzeyi) altında mısır bitkisi yetiştirilmiştir. Bitki sapa kalkma döneminde hasat edilmiş, kök ve gövde kuru ağırlıkları, gövde/kök oranı, bitki boyu, yaprak azot, fosfor ve potasyum içerikleri incelenmiştir. Toprak tekstürü kök ağırlığı, gövde/kök oranı, bitki boyu, yapraktaki temel besin içerikleri üzerinde etkili olmuştur. Kök kuru ağırlığı (2.38 g), bitki boyu (40 cm), killi tın topraklarda, gövde/kök oranı (0.55), yaprak azot, fosfor ve potasyum içerikleri kumlu tın topraklarda daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Zuruf kompostunun gövde/kök oranı üzerine etkisi olmazken, diğer parametrelerin her biri kompost dozunun artışına paralel olarak artmış, 8 ton da-1’lık uygulama en yüksek değerleri vermiştir. Su stresi temel makro element konsantrasyonlarını etkilemiştir. Yaprakta azot ve fosfor kapsamı (%3.40 ve %0.16) %50 su stresi koşullarında artmıştır. Potasyum içeriği üzerine su stresi tekstüre bağlı olarak etkili olmuş, %50 su stresi uygulanan kumlu tın toprakta yetişen bitkilerde %3.99 olarak belirlenmiştir. Tüm bulgular dikkate alındığında, toprağa 8 ton da-1 kompost karıştırıldığı koşullarda tarla kapasitesinin %50’ si düzeyinde sulama yapılmasının yeterli olacağı söylenebilir
Abstract
In this study, husk compost at various ratios (0, 3 ton da-1, 6 ton da-1, 8 ton da-1 was applied to different textured soils (clay loam and sandy loam) and maize were grown under water-deficit stress (water applications 75%, 50% and 25% at the levels of field capacity). Plants were harvested bolting period and it was investigated root and shoot weight, shoot/root ratio, plant height, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in leaf. Soil texture was effective on the root weight, shoot/root ratio, plant height, and basic elements contents of leaf. Root dry weight (2.38g) and plant height (40cm) in clay loam soil; shoot/root ratio (0.55), nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents were higher in sandy loam soil. Husk compost did not impact the shoot/root ratio, each of the other parameters increased in parallel with the increase of compost doses and 8 ton da-1 application gave the highest values. Water stress have been influential on basic macro element concentrations. The leaf nitrogen and phosphorus content (3.40% and 0.16%) increased at 50% water stress conditions. The water stress on the potassium content was effective depending on the texture, and it was determined as 3.99% for the plants grown on the sandy loam soil subjected to 50% water stress. When all data are taken into account, it can be said that irrigation at 50% of the field capacity is sufficient when the soil is mixed with 8 ton da-1 compost.
