Özet
Türkiye’de 1980’lerin başından itibaren sağlık politikalarının ana gündemi olan sağlık reformu süreci, 2002 yılından sonra AKP Hükûmeti’nin iktidara gelmesiyle birlikte yürürlüğe konulan Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı(SDP) ile sürdürüldü. Türk Tabipleri Birliği, Türkiye’de ulusal düzeyde kutlanan 14 Mart Tıp Bayramı döneminde SDP’nin iddialarını irdeleyerek oluşturduğu tahribata ve piyasacı anlayışla düzenlenen sağlık ortamının sorunlarına bir kez daha dikkati çekmek istemiş ve bu amaçla bir dizi doküman hazırlamıştır. Bu yazıda bu amaçla hazırlanan ve “Genel Sağlık Sigortası” üzerine değerlendirmeler içeren TTB Raporu’na yer verilmektedir.
Abstract
The process of health reform which had been the main agenda item in health policies starting from the early 1980s continued with the Transformation in Health Programme (THP) which was put in eff ect when the AKP Government took off ice in 2002. By examining claims made in favour of the THP, the Turkish Medical Association wanted to draw attention, in the period of March 14th World Medicine Day, once more to destruction caused by the THP and to problems emerging in health environments organized though “free-market mentality” which led to the preparation of a series of documents on these issues. The present article presents the TTB report evaluating the issue of “General Health Insurance.”
