Özet

12 Eylül askeri rejimi döneminde sosyalistlerin-solcuların politik etkinliği için alternatif mecralardan biri olarak meslek örgütleri ilk akla gelen yerlerdi. Bu imkan, bu imkanı değerlendirme yaklaşımının dinamikleri, ayağı 70’lere daha geniş basan bir kuşağın ferdi olarak Ata Soyer’in hekim hareketinin 80 sonrası ‘kurucu’ dalgasındaki yeri değerlendirilmektedir.

Abstract

In the period that followed the military coup of September 12th (1980), professional organizations were conceived as one of the main channels for the political activity of leftists-socialists. The article goes over this opportunity and its dynamics together with the role and place of Ata Soyer, a member of a generation springing up in the 70s, in the post-1980 ‘founding wave’ of doctors’ movement.
