Özet
Kamu Hastanelerinde uygulanan sağlık politikalarının etkisi ile sağlık emekçileri giderek daha olumsuz koşullarda çalışmak zorunda kalmaktadır. İktidarın siyasal hegomanyası, hastanelerde yandaş sendikaları büyütmekte, sendikal örgütlenmenin önünde engeller yaratılmaktadır. Önümüzdeki dönemde toplu iş sözleşmesi sürecini öne çıkaran bir çalışma ve mücadele yürütme zorunluluğu vardır.
Abstract
As a result of policies pursued in public hospitals health workers now have to work in more unfavourable environments and conditions. The political hegemony of the ruling party cherishes unions in hospitals that support the government and create barriers to free organization of unions. In the coming period, it is necessary to wage a struggle that upholds the process of collective bargaining.
