Özet

Bu yuvarlak masa toplantısı, yer alacağı dosya kapsamında iki soruya yanıt aramak için gerçekleştirildi. Soruların ilkinin amacı, Son 15 yıl içerisinde sağlıkta dönüşen(ler)in ne olduğunu olabildiğince genel başlıkları altında tartışmaktır. Konuyu genel hatlarıyla ele alacağız, çünkü dosyamızda yer alan makaleler, her bir özel alanı ayrıntısıyla değerlendirme amacıyla hazırlandı. İkinci sorumuzda da gelinen aşamada sağlık alanında var olan muhalefetin yönelmesi gereken öncelikli alan(lar)ın neler olabileceğini tartışıp, izlenmesi gereken stratejik hat ile bunun taktik adımlarını ortaya koyabilmek amacını taşıyor

Abstract

This round table discussion was organized to seek answers to two questions. The first question was about discussing what has been actually transformed in the health sector within the last 15 years under general headings. This issue will be treated in general terms since other articles in our file address each specific sub-sector in detail. Given the present state of aff airs in the field of health, the second question was about priority areas that the existing opposition should be targeting including the strategy to be pursued and associated tactical steps
