Arzu ve politika: '70'lere dair bir haritalama denemesi

Özet

Bu çalışma, 70ler Türkiyesinde arzunun toplumsal uzamda nasıl iş gördüğüne dair genel bir haritalama girişimi olarak kurgulanmıştır. 70leri, zannedildiği gibi yalnızca yüce amaçlar uğruna arzuların bastırıldığı ya da devrim sonrasına ertelendiği kısır bir süreç olarak değil, ama bundan öte, toplumsal grupların arzu akışlarının verili bölmelerden taşabildikleri, her daim yeniden-yerliyurtlulaştırma süreçlerine tabi olsalar da, kendilerine tayin edilmiş yeryurtları terk edip birbirleriyle karşılaşabildikleri, toplumun varolma kudretini arttıran verimli bir dönem olarak izlemeye çalışacaktır.

Abstract

This study is built as a broad mapping attempt about how desire operated across the social plane in the 70s in Turkey. Instead of taking the period as a fruitless pro- cess throughout which desires were suppressed for the sake of supreme objec- tives or were deferred up until the revolution, it will try to track the 1970s as a fertile time period in which the desire-fluxes of social groups, even though always subjected to the re-territorialization processes, could overflow the given segmen- tarities, flee the territories that were fixed for themselves and make encounters that increased the puissance of the society.
