Özet
Tüberküloz ülkemizde sık rastlanan bir enfeksiyon hastalığıdır, ancak özofagus tüberkülozu çok nadir görülen bir ekstrapulmoner tüberküloz formudur. Genellikle Mycobacterium Tuberculosis basili ile enfekte mediastinal lenf bezlerinin genişleyerek perinodal inflamasyon ile özofagus duvarına invaze olması sonucu ortaya çıkar. Burada, mediastinal tüberküloz lenfadenite sekunder gelişen ve beraberinde endobronşiyal tutulum izlenen bir özofagus tüberkülozu olgusunu sunduk.
Abstract
Tuberculosis in Turkey is a common infectious disease but esophageal tuberculosis is a rare form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. It usually occurs when tuberculous bacilli infected mediastinal lymph nodes enlarge and with perinodal inflammation invade esophagus wall. Here we present a case of esophageal tuberculosis secondary to mediastinal tuberculous lymphadenitis with endobronchial involvement
