Özet

Pacemaker leadin sebep olduğu sağ ventrikül perforasyon olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık. Olgu Pacemaker implantasyonu sonrası leade bağlı sağ ventriküler perforasyonu tespit edilen 75 yaşında erkek hastayı sunduk. Sonuç Kardiyak rüptür, median sternotomi sonrasında çalışan kalpte basitçe lead geri itilip pledgetli sütürlerle tedavi edilmiştir.

Abstract

We aimed to report a case with the right ventricular perforation caused by pacemaker lead. Case We reported a 75 years old male with the perforation of free wall rupture of right ventricular during the implantation of pace-maker lead. Conclusion We treated the cardiac rupture after median sternotomy by pushing the lead back and sutured through a surgical pledged in beating heart.
