Özet

Tarihsel süreç içerisinde teknolojik, ekonomik, siyasal, sosyal ve kültürel alanlarda yaş anan dönüş ümler, toplumların tüm kurumlarını etkilemektedir. Böylelikle tüm bir beş eri faaliyet alanında meydana gelen dönüş üm, toplumların dünyayı algılama ve yorumlama biçimleri üzerinde köklü değ i ş imler meydana getirmektedir. Bu değ i ş imin merkezinde; ekonomik, politik, sosyal, ideolojik ve kültürel etkenler kadar, mobil iletiş imle bireyin artan hareketliliğ i ve sosyal paylaş ım ağ ları gibi yeni dijital iletiş im ortamlarını genelleyici bir tanımla kapsamı içine alan yeni medya etkili bir mecra olarak yer almaktadır. Bunların bir sonucu olarak da; eski sınıf temelli hareketlerin yerini küreselleş me ve post- endüstriyel döneme geçiş süreciyle birlikte evrensel değ erlerin savunulduğ u, merkezi olmayan, esnek küresel hareketlere bırakmaktadır. Yeni dönem içerisinde, internetin mobil iletiş im teknolojileriyle yakınsaması sayesinde ağ lar aracılığ ıyla örgütlenen bireyler: baş ta yaş am kalitesi, insan hakları ve terör tehdidi olmak üzere, çevre hareketleri, internet özgürlüğ ü, kadına ş iddet, demokratik katılım ve özgürlük gibi evrensel konular çerçevesinde bir araya gelmektedir. Bu çalış mayla, tarihsel süreç içerisinde toplumsal hareketlerde meydana gelen dönüş üm, kronolojik bir düzen içerisinde baş ta küreselleş me olmak üzere ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve teknolojik boyutlarıyla argümantatif bir çalış ma çerçevesinde incelenmesi amaçlamaktadır.

Abstract

Transformations at technological economi cal, political, social and cultural fields within historical process has been effecting all units of society. Herewith, transformation which occurs in field of human activity, generates changeovers on societies shape of understanding and interpretation the world. At the core of this change, new media which includes new digital communication medias like increasing individual mobility and social networking webs with generic definiton is located as well as economical, political, social, ideological and cultural factors. As a consequence of these; traditional movements have been giving place to new non- rigid decentralised global movements that universal val ues are supported with the process of passing to post- industrial era. Within new era, owing to internet converges to mobil communication t echnologies, individuals who are organised with the networks, can come together within the scope of universal topics like notably quality of life, human rights, terrorism threat and enviromental movements, internet freedom, violence to women, democratic participation and freedom. With this study, transformation in social movements through historical process will be presented within the scope of an argumantative work with economical, social, cultural and technological dimensions- notably globalization- and it will be chronogically in order.
