Özet

Yaşanan sağlık sorunlarının hemen hepsinin yanında ağrı bir belirti olarak kendini gösterir ve kişinin fiziksel faaliyetlerini ciddişekilde etkilerken, yoğunluğu ve derecesine göre kişinin psikolojik sağlığını da bozabilir. Bu çalışma, fibromiyalji hastasınınkısa süreli çözüm odaklı sosyal hizmet uygulamasından fayda sağlama düzeyini ortaya koymayı amaçlayan bir olgusunumudur. Burada sunacağımız olgu çalışması aracılığı ile sağlığın biyopsikososyal boyutları olduğu ve bütüncül bir yaklaşımlaele alınması gerektiği hususu vurgulanmak istenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Polikliniğine başvuran vefibromiyalji tanısı almış, ilaç tedavisi ya da başka bir fizik tedavi yöntemi kullanmayan bir kadın yetişkin hasta ile yapılan sosyalhizmet müdahalesi ele alınmıştır. Kısa süreli çözüm odaklı danışma yaklaşımı kullanılan çalışmanın başlangıcında ve sonundaBeck Depresyon Ölçeği, Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği ve Fibromiyalji Etki Anketi uygulanarak hastada görülen değişim ve gelişmelerizlenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre hastanın kısa sürede ölçeklerden aldığı sonuçlarda ciddi ilerlemesağladığı görülmektedir.

Abstract

Pain, along with almost all of the health problems, manifests itself as a symptom and seriously affects one's physical activity, and can also impair one's psychological well-being. This study is a case report aiming to reveal the level of benefit of short term solution focused social work practice of fibromyalgia patient. It is aimed to emphasize that this case study presented is biopsychosocial dimensions of health and should be addressed with a holistic approach. In this study, social work intervention handled with a female adult who referred to the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation outpatient clinic and who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and did not use medication or other physical therapy. A short-term solution-focused consultation approach was applied in the study.Beck Depression Scale, Beck Anxiety Scale, and Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire were used at the beginning and end of the study to monitor change and development in the patient. According to the findings obtained in the study, it is seen that the patient has made serious progress in the results obtained from the scales in a short time.
