Özet
Gebelikteki mortalite ve morbiditenin en önemli nedenlerinden biri kardiyak hastalıklardır. Günümüzde birçok doğumsal kalp defekti hem erken tanınabildiğinden hem de cerrahi olarak düzeltilebildiğinden, doğumsal kalp defektli gebe sayısı artmıştır. Bu durum, bu tür gebelere yaklaşım konusunda tecrübemizi günden güne arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, gebeliğin kontrendike olduğu maternal pulmoner hipertansiyona sahip olan bir olguyu tartışmaktır.
Abstract
One of the most important cause of morbidity and mortality in pregnancies is cardiac diseases. The number of pregnant women with congenital heart defect has increased because of early diagnosis and treatment of many congenital heart defects. This situation, our experience in approach to this type of pregnant women increases from day to day. The aim of this study is to discuss case having maternal pulmonary hypertension that is contraindicated of the pregnancy.
