Aurikula psödokisti: Olgu sunumu

Özet

Aurikula psödokisti sıklıkla genç erkeklerde görülen, aurikula üst bölümünde yerleşik asemptomatik kistik bir şişliktir. Tedavide birçok farklı metodlar kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada lezyonun cerrahi eksizyon ve sahaya düğme dikilerek sağlanan kompresyon kullanılarak tedavi edildiği ve 2 yıllık izlem süresinde nüks saptanmayan bir aurikula psödokisti olgusu sunulmaktadır. Kullanılan cerrahi yöntem iyi kozmetik sonuç vermesi ve baskılı kulak pansumanı gerektirmemesi nedeniyle hasta memnuniyetini arttırmaktadır.

Abstract

Pseudocyst of the auricle is a rare asymptomatic cystic swelling of the upper anthelix of the auricle occuring most frequently in young adult males. Various treatment methods have been described and herein a successful treatment of this condition was reported via surgical excision and compression buttoning technique. No recurrence develpoed in two years follow-up period. This method is both aesthetically acceptable and comfortable by avoiding the need for large compression bandages.
