Özet

Leiomyosarkom retroperitoneal bölgede nadir görülen tümörlerden olup kendisini genellikle karın ağrısı gibi nonspesifik bulgularla belli eder. Bizim olgumuzda; retroperitoneal leiomyosarkom, 44 yaşındaki erkek hastada bilateral alt ekstremite ödemi ve derin ven trombozu gibi retroperitonal tümörlere nadiren eşlik eden bulgularla birlikteydi. Olgumuzda da olduğu gibi; bilateral alt ekstremitede ödemi olan ve derin ven trombozu nedeniyle takip edilen hastalarda retroperitoneal tümörler ayırıcı tanıda düşünülmelidir.

Abstract

Leiomyosarcoma is a tumour which is rarely seen in the retroperitoneal area and generally shows itself with non-specific findings such as abdominal pain. In our case; retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma was together with findings which were rarely accompanied by retroperitoneal tumours such as the eudema of the bilateral lower extremity and deep venous trombosis in a male patient aged 44. As in our case; retroperitoneal tumours should be considered in a specific diagnose in patients who have the eudema in the bilateral lower extremity and are followed due to deep venous trombosis
