Özet
Amaç: Tetik parmak tanısıyla, konservatif yöntemlerle yanıt alınamayan olgularda mini–açık yöntemle gevşetme yapılan olguların orta dönem sonuçları değerlendirildi. Yöntem: 23 hastanın (18 kadın, 5 erkek; ort. Yaş 53; dağılım 33-75), 24 tetik parmağına mini-açık yöntemle gevşetme uygulandı. Bulgular: Mini-açık gevşetme sonu parmaklardaki ağrı ve kilitlenme tümüyle geçti. Ameliyat sonu erken dönemde bir olguda yüzeyel yara infeksiyonu, bir olguda ise ameliyat sonu hematoma bağlı yara iyileşmesi gecikmesi saptandı. Ortalama 28 ay (15-35) izlem sonu hiçbir hastada nörovasküler ve tendon yaralanmasına ait komplikasyon ve nüks görülmedi. Sonuç: Mini-açık tetik parmak gevşetmesi güvenli, kolay ve tatmin edici bir girişimdir.
Abstract
Objectives: To evaluate the mid-term results of the patients who do not respond to conservative measures and who are treated by mini-open release method. Methods: We performed mini-open release in 24 trigger fingers of 23 patients (18 females, 5 males; mean age 53 years; range 33-75 years) Results: Triggering and pain were eliminated in all after Mini-open release. There were one superficial wound infection and one delayed wound healing due to postoperative hematoma. At latest follow-up after an average of 28 months (range 1535 months) there were no complications such as neuro-vascular or tendon injury or recurrencies. Conclusion: Mini-open trigger finger release is a safe and simple procedure with satisfactory outcome.
