Özet
21. Yüzyılda bilim ve teknolojinin geldiği son noktada, sağlık ala- nında bir çok yenilik insan üzerinde uygulanır hale gelmiştir. Bu durum bir çok hak ihlallerine sebep olurken, bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişim hak kavramını görünür kılmış, bilimsel çalışmaların hak ihlallerine sebep olmadan yapılabilmesinin sınırları çizilmiştir. Makalemizde Nazi Almanyası’nda yeni keşfedilen bir ilaç molekülünün yaşam ve yaşama hakkı ihlallerinin ötesinde verebileceği zararlara değinirken, günümüzde hala kullanılabiliyor olma sebeplerini inceleyeceğiz.
Abstract
According to the recent level that the health field has become in science and technology by the 21st century; many interventions can be performed on human bodies. Although this situation causes a lot of human rights violations; scientific and technological developments made the concept of rights visible and the borders of doing the scientific studies that enables the human rıghts violations were drawn strictly. Despite the damage and moreover the violation against life and life rights that were caused by a drug molecule discovered in Nazi Germany, the reasons it can stil be used today will be examined in this study.
