Özet
Hekim ile hasta arasında kurulan hukukî ilişki, hem hekim hem de hasta için çeşitli yükümlülükler ve haklar doğurmaktadır. Böyle bir hukukî ilişkiden hekim için doğan yükümlüklerin en önemlilerinden bir kısmı, bu çalışmamızda ele alınmaktadır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle hekim ile hasta arasındaki hukukî ilişki belirlenmekte ve bundan doğan yükümlülükler incelenmektedir.
Abstract
The legal relationship between the patient and the physician causes a variety of obligations and rights for both the patient and the physician. Some of the most important obligations of the physician, which stem from the legal relationship, are discussed in the article. In this context the legal relationship between the patient and the physician is determined and the obligations arising from it are examined.
