HEKİMLERİN BİLİRKİŞİLİK DENEYİMLERİ VE KARŞILAŞTIKLARI SORUNLARIN ÇÖZÜMÜ ÜZERİNE BİR ANKET ÇALIŞMASI

Özet
Çalışmamız bir anket çalışmasıdır. Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hafsa Sultan Hastanesi ile Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesiİzmir Bozyaka Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde görevli olup çalışmayakatılmayı kabul eden 204 hekime uygulanmıştır. Hekimlere yaş, cinsiyet, uzmanlık alanı ve ünvanı ile hekimlik sürelerini içeren sosyodemografik veriler, ayrıca bilirkişilik uygulamaları ve karşılaşılan sorunların çözümlerine ilişkin görüşler sorgulanan toplam 17 soru yöneltilmiştir.Çalışmaya katılmayı kabul edip yazılı onam veren 204 hekimden157’si (%77) erkek 47’si (%23) kadındır. Hekimlerin yaşları 25-70 arasında değişmekte olup ortalama yaş 39, 73±9, 973 olarak, ayrıca meslektecrübeleri 1-47 yıl arasında değişmekte olup ortalama yıl 15, 24 ± 10,329 olarak bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların 90’ı (%44, 1) Uzman Hekim,43’ü (%21, 1) Araştırma Görevlisi, 39’u (%19, 1) Öğretim Üyesi, 30’u(%14, 7) Pratisyen Hekim, 2’si (%1) Doktoralı Hekim olarak görevyapmaktadır.Katılımcıların %63, 7’si bilirkişilik yaptığını, %67, 6’sı bilirkişilikeğitimi almadığını ifade etmiştir. Alınan görüşler incelendiğinde ise;%78, 4’ü ücretlerin yetersiz olduğunu, %42, 2’si sürekli aynı kurum veya hekimlerden rapor istendiğini, %53, 4’ü ise bilirkişilik alanında verilen eğitimlerin yetersiz olduğunu ifade etmiştir.Bu çalışmada; hekimlerin bilirkişilik uygulamaları ve karşılaştıkları sorunlar ile mevcut sorunlara ilişkin çözüm yollarının tartışılmasıamaçlanmıştır.
Abstract
Our study is a survey study. Survey was applied to 204 physicians who agreed to participate in the study and work in Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine Hafsa Sultan Hospital and Health Sciences University Izmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital. Sociodemographic data including age, gender, area of expertise and title and duration of medicine, as well as expert opinion and opinions on the solutions to the problems encountered were asked to 17 questions. Among 204 physicians who agreed to participate in the study and gave written consent, 157 (77%) were male and 47 (23%) were female. The age of the physicians ranged between 25-70 and the average age was 39.73 ± 9, 973, and their occupational experience ranged from 1-47 years, with an average of 15.24 ± 10, 329 years. 90 (44.1%) of the par- ticipants were Specialist Physicians, 43 (21.1%) Research Assistants, 39 (19.1%) Faculty Members, 30 (14.7%) Practitioners, 2 (1%) is working as a doctor. 63.7% of the participants stated that they were experts and 67.6% stated that they did not receive expert training. When the opinions received were examined; 78.4% stated that the wages were insufficient, 42.2% stated that the same institutions or physicians were asked for continuous reports and 53.4% stated that the trainings given in the field of expertise were inadequate. In this study; The aim of this course is to discuss the expert applications of physicians and the problems they face and the solutions to the existing problems.
