Özet

Maḳāṣıd, kanun koyucunun (Allah), -kulların dünya ve ahiret saadetini temin adına- yasamanın tüm pozisyonlarında gözettiği amaç, gerekçe, mana ve hikmetlerdir. Maḳāṣıd düşüncesi de Kur’ān’ın ihtiva ettiği genelve özel, küllī ve cüz’ī, tümel ve tikel amaçları (maḳāṣıd) tespit etmek ve Kur’ān’ı bu amaçlar doğrultusundayorumlamaya tekabül eder. Kur’ān’ın lafız-maksat (maḳāṣıd) ekseninde okunup anlaşılmasına karşılık gelenmaḳāṣıdī tefsir, başta ashap ve müçtehit imamlar olmak üzere ilk dönemden itibaren işletilmiştir. Ancak buyöntem yerini, zamanla, yer-yer mezhepçi, lafızcı, bātınī ve işārī tefsir yöntemine bırakmıştır. Maḳāṣıdī tefsiryöntemi, Müslümanların modern çağda karşılaştığı problemlerin çözümüne yönelik Kur’ān’ın maksatları ekseninde tefsir edilmesine yapılan yeni bir çağrıdır. Bu yöntem, Kur’ān’ın evrenselliği, gündelik ve uzun vadeliproblemlerin çözümü ve Kur’ān’ın gāī yorumlara konu edilmemesi bakımından değerlidir. Kur’ān ve sünnetin doğru anlaşılması bağlamında Müslümanlar arasında bir yöntem problemi yaşadığımız günümüzdemaḳāṣıdī tefsirin sadra şifa bir yöntem olduğu kanaatindeyiz. Bizi bu çalışmaya sevk eden problem de sözkonusu yöntem problemidir. Çalışmamızın amacı, Kur’ān’ın küllī ve cüz’ī maksatlarının tespiti ile onun bumaksatlar çerçevesinde tefsir edilmesinin gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktır. Makalemizde, -Kur’ân’ı referans alarak- Kur’ān’ın küllī ve cüz’ī maksatlarına işaret etmeye ve maḳāṣıdī tefsirin meşruiyet ve değerini incelemeyeçalışacağız. Makalemizin bu bakımdan alana katkı sağlayacağını ümit ediyoruz.

Abstract

The purposes (makāsıd) is the purpose, cause, meaning and wisdoms that the lawmaker (Creator/God) observes in all positions of the legislation in order to ensure the happiness of the servants in this world and in the hereafter. The thought of maqâsid corresponds to determining the general and special, total and partial, universal and particular purposes (makāsid) contained in the Qur'an and interpreting the Qur'an in line with these purposes. The Purposelly Tafseer, which corresponds to the reading and understanding of the Qur'an on the axis of wording-purpose has been used since the first period, especially by the companions and jurisprudencers. However, this method has left its place to the sectarian, literal, esoteric and ishari tafsir method in time. The Purposelly Tafseer method of tafsir is a new call to the interpretation of the Qur'an on the axis of its aims, for the solution of the problems faced by Muslims in the modern age. This method is valuable in terms of the universality of the Qur'an, the solution of daily and long-term problems, and the fact that the Qur'an is not subject to excessive interpretations. In the context of the correct understanding of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, we believe that maḳāṣidi tafsir method is a suitable method for a solution today, when we have a method problem among Muslims. The problem that leads us to this study is the relation method problem. The aim of our study is to determine the general and partial purposes of the Qur'an and to reveal the necessity of interpreting it within the framework of these purposes. In our article, we will try to point out the general and partial purposes of the Qur'an by referring to the Qur'an and to examine the legitimacy and value of the maḳāṣıdī tafsir. We hope that our article will contribute to the field in this regard.
