İmam Hatip Liselerinde Okutulan Tefsir Dersinin Önemi, Sorunları, Öğretim Metodları ve Bazı Teklifler

Özet
Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, İslam dinin ana kaynağıdır. Kur’ân’ın mana ve maksatlarını açıklama vazifesini ise tefsir ilmi üstlenmiştir. Tefsir ilminin, usulünün ve tarihinin tefsir dersinde verilmesi onu önemli hale getirmektedir. Türkiye’de bu dersin ilk ilmî temeli, genel olarak İmam Hatip Liselerinde (İHL) atılması hasebiyle o, eğitimde özel bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; tefsir dersinin kişilikli ve erdemli nesil yetiştirmekteki önemine değinilecektir. Tefsir dersinin gerekliliğinden, hedeflerinden, meselelerinden, öğretim metotlarından ve verimliliğini artırmayı sağlayan mesleki gelişimin lüzumundan bahsedilecektir. Makale, tefsir dersinin ihtiva ettiği ortaöğretimin konularıyla sınırlanacaktır. Ancak tefsir ders kitaplarının içeriği değişebildiğinden, konu içeriği en geniş şekilde tutulacaktır. İHL’de halen okutulan ders kitabıyla ilgili kısa değerlendirmelerde bulunulacaktır. Tefsir dersinin öğretmenleri ilahiyat fakültesinden mezun olmaktadır. Bu yüzden, her iki müessesede okutulan tefsir derslerine talebenin ilgi ve yaklaşımına zaruri olarak temas edilmiştir. Ele alınan konular gayet özlü tutulmuştur. Tafsilat gerektiren konulara ve bunun örneklerine, dipnotlarda atıfta bulunulmuştur. Tefsir dersi öğretiminin akademik boyutu ile tecrübeye dayanan yönü dengeli şekilde ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma, ortaöğretimde okutulan tefsir dersinin problemlerini tesbite ve dersin işlenişinin iyileştirilmesine katkıda bulunmayı ve lisans eğitimine sağlam bir temel oluşturmakta yardımı hedeflemektedir.
Abstract
The Holy Quran is the main source of Islam. The task of explaining the meaning and purposes of the Qur'an has been undertaken by the science of tafsir. The method and history of Tafsir are taught in lesson of tafsir ant it makes tafsir important. This course was for the first time given in Imam Hatip High School, therefore it holds a special place in education. In this study, the importance of tafsir in educating the virtuous generation will be discussed. It will be mentioned about the necessity, objectives, issues, teaching methods of tafsir as well as the importance vocational education. The article is limited to the subjects of secondary education, which also includes the course of tafsir. However, since the content of tafsir textbooks may change, the content of the subject will be kept in the broadest way. Short evaluations will be made about the textbook, which is currently taught in high school. The teachers of Tafsir are graduated from faculty theology. Therefore, the courses of tafsir taught in both institutions are mentioned as essential to the interest and approach of the student. The topics has been briefly discussed. The subjects that require details and examples are referred through footnotes. The academic aspect of teaching Tafsir and its experimental aspect have been tried to be handled in a balanced way. The aim of the study is to contribute to the determination of the problems of the tafsir taught in secondary education and to improve the method of the course and to provide a solid foundation for undergraduate education.
