Teknik personelin performans değerlendirilmesinde bir uzman sistem modeli

Özet

Bu çalışmada teknik personelin performansının değerlendirilmesi için bir model geliştirilmiştir. Modelde kullanıcı ara yüzü olarak Visual Basic, veri tabanı olarak Microsoft Access ve uzman sistem olarak da CLIPS programından yararlanılmıştır. Önerilen model, ülkemizde yeni tanınmakta olan uzman sistem teknolojisinden yararlanılarak geliştirilmiştir. Performans değerlendirme sürecinde görüşme aşamasına kadar olan kısım modellenmiştir. Burada tamamen bir uzmanın yerini almak değil, sadece bu alanda çalışan uzmanlara başvurulardan edinilen bilgilerin değerlendirilmesi süreçlerine destek olmak amacıyla bir karar destek program yazılımı geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada uzmanların daha hızlı ve daha doğru karar almaları amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract

In this study, a model has been developed to evaluate the performance of the technical personnel. In the model Visual Basic has been utilized as interface, Microsoft Access as database and CLIPS program as expert system. The proposed model has been developed with the help of expert system technology, a newly recognized technology in our country. In the performance evaluation process, phases till interview has been modeled. Decision support software has been developed only to assist the working experts in the evaluation process of data gathered from the applications instead of replacing the working experts. The study aims to let experts make faster and more accurate decisions.
