Özet
Bu çalışmada Isparta Göltaş Çimento Fabrikası'nın döner tamburundan özel bir yöntemle atık ısı geri kazanımı sistemi tanıtılmış ve bu sistem için ekserji analizi yapılmıştır.Göltaş için tanıtılan atık ısı geri kazanım sisteminde, absorberden alınan ısı kullanım suyu ısıtılmasında kullanılır.Böylece döner fırındaki manto ısısının bir kısmı kullanılmış olur.Bu sistemin verimliliği ekserji analizi yapılarak gözlenebilir.
Abstract
In this research, a special technique for recovering the waste heat with the rotating drum of Isparta Göltaş Cement Factory was introduced and exergy analysis for this system were carried out.In this waste heat recovery system wich was introduced for Göltaş, the heat received from absorber is used for the heating of usable water.Hence, some of the jacket heat at the rotating drum is used. Efficiency of this system can be obsorved by doing exergy analysis.
