Mülteciler bedensel, ruhsal ve toplumsal birçok sağlık sorunu yaşarlar. Ruhsal-toplumsal sorunlar psikiyatrik bozukluklara da neden olabilir: Anksiyete, depresyon, uyum bozukluğu, somatizasyon, paranoid bozukluk, alkol- madde kötüye kullanımı. Psikiyatristler olarak biz daha çok bu aşamada devreye gireriz. Mültecileri anlamaya ve tedavi etmeye çalışırız. Bunun başarılmasının sosyo- kültürel politikalarla birlikte olacağını akılda tutmalıyız
Abstract
The refugees experience many health problems, such as physical, psychological, and social. Psychosocial prob- lems can cause the mental disorders, too: Anxiety, de- pression, adjustment disorder, somatization, paranoid dis- orders, alcohol-substance abuse. As psychiatrists, we move in this phase. We make an effort to understand them, and treat. We have to keep in mind that the success of these will be together sociocultural policy
