Özet
Bu raporda, Duchenne muskuler distrofısi olup genel anestezi altında sağ torakotomi ve dekortikasyon yapılan ve preoperatif kreatin fosfokinaz düzeyi yüksek, 11 yaşında erkek olguyu sunmaktayız. Bu tip olgulardaki malign hipertermi eğilimi nedeniyle gerekli farmakolojik ajanları preoperatif dönemde hazırlayıp profilaktik olarak iv dantrolen uyguladık. Operasyon sırasında ve sonrasında herhangi bir komplikasyonla karşılaşmadık. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; Duchenne muskuler distrofili hastalarda anestezik yaklaşımı gözden geçirmektir.
Abstract
An 11 - year - old male patient suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy having high levels of creatine phosphokinase preoperatively underwent right thoracotomy and decortication under general anesthesia. Because of malignant hyperthermia susceptibility in such cases, we prepared essential pharmacologic agents preoperatively and used iv dantrolene for prophylaxis. We didn't observe any intraoperative or postoperative complications. The purpose of this case report is to review the anesthetic approach in a patient with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
