Özet

Yüksek mukavemeti, buruşmazlığı ve hidrofob özelliğinden dolayı polyester elyafı, başka elyaf çeşitleri ile farklı oranlarda karıştırılarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu elyaf çeşitlerinden bir tanesi yüksek elastikiyet özelliğinden dolayı elastandır. Polyester/elastan karışımlı liflerden üretilen kumaşlar genellikle bayan üst giysileri, ev tekstilleri ve plaj giysileri olarak büyük bir kullanım alanına sahiptir. Bu tür kumaşların kullanımının artması kalite kontrol faktörlerinden renk haslığını gündeme getirmiştir Polyester elyafının renk haslıkları genellikle çok iyidir. Fakat polyester ile karıştırılarak üretilen tekstil mamullerinde haslık problemleri olmaktadır. Polyester ile karıştırılan elastan elyafının renk haslıklarına etkisini tespit etmek için iki farklı renk şiddetinde boyama yapılmış ve önemli görülen renk haslığı testleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda polyester/elastan karışımlı kumaşlarda elastan elyafının renk haslıkları üzerine etkisi ortaya konulmuştur.

Abstract

Polyester fiber, due to its high resistance, crease resistance and hidrofob feature, is used by being mixed with other fiber types in different proportions. One of these fiber types is elastane, due to its great elasticity feature. Fabric made of fiber with polyester/elastane mixture has a wide range usage generally as women clothing, home textile and beach clothing. The increase in usage of this kind of fabric has made colourfastness -which is one of the quality control factors- a current issue. The colourfastness of polyester fiber is generally so good. However, there are fastness problems in textile products which are produced by being mixed with polyester. In order to determine the effect of elastan fiber mixed with polyester on colourfastness, the dyeing is made in two different tinting strenght and the fastness tests -which are considered important- are done. At the end of the study, in fabric with polyester/elastane mixture, the effect of elastan fiber on fastness is shown.
