Konut çevrelerinde kalite seviyesinin modellenmesi ve Adana örneği

Özet

Konut çevrelerine ilişkin kalite düzeylerini gösterebilecek değişkenlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu araştırmada, Adana kentinin tarihsel süreklilik içerisinde gelişen iki farklı bölgesinin konut çevreleri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında geliştirilen, kullanım sonrası değerlendirme modeli aracılığı ile konut çevresi niteliksel sorunları saptamaya yönelik bir araştırmanın, metodolojik yaklaşımı sunulmuş; Konut çevresi ve kullanıcıya ilişkin değişkenler bilişsel, duygusal ve davranışsal parametreler ile değerlendirildiğinde aralarında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur.

Abstract

In this study, the aim is to point out the variables showing the quality levels of evaluation housing of domicile, houses that are built in historical period and belongs to two different regions of Adana city are-searched. Because of this aim, by the evaluated model after using, methodological approach with the researchs about quality problems the housing domicile is presented. According to the results, a meaningful relation is found between domicile and domicile users variables, that are evaluated as knowledge , emotional and behavioral parameters.
