Investment encouragements, basic rules, decompositions in sectors and the state of the textile industry

Özet

Tarım, madencilik, imalat, enerji ve hizmetler sektöründe, istihdam arttırıcı, bölgelerarası dengesizlikleri giderici, ileri ve uygun teknoloji getiren yatırımlara, devlet tarafından değişik şekillerde verilen desteğe yatırım teşvikleri denilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, söz konusu yatırım teşviklerinin amacı, kapsamı ve uygulama esasları verilerek, Türkiye genelinde ve bölgeler bazında son üç yıldaki sektörel ve mahiyetlerine göre dağılımları, tekstil yatırımları dikkate alınarak irdelenmiştir.

Abstract

The investments furnished with the high and appropriate technology increasing the employment and conpensating the regional instability in agriculture, mining, production, energy and service sectors and the supports given by the government in different ways are defined as investment encouragements. In this study, by introducing the aim, scope and application principles of the mentioned investment encouragements, the distribution or variation of these encouragements according to their composition in different industrial sectors in Türkiye, in general and in regional base, have been examined for the last three years considering the textile investments in particular.
