Özet

Bu çalışmada; tekstil ve konfeksiyon sanayinde mamul maliyetlerini büyük oranda etkileyen enerjinin önemi üzerinde durulmuş, söz konusu sanayi dalında kullanılan enerji türleri hakkında kısa bilgi verilmiştir. Tekstil ve konfeksiyon endüstrisinin üretim basamaklarından iplik üretiminde enerji kullanımı genel olarak değerlendirilmiş, seçilmiş bir iplik işletmesinin enerji tüketimi sistematik bir şekilde analiz edilip irdelenmiştir. Belirli özellik ve numaradaki iplik üretiminde kullanılan enerji (özgül enerji) miktarını hesaplayan formüller geliştirilmiş, seçilmiş iplik türü için önerilen formüller yardımıyla hesaplanmış değerler, literatürde mevcut verilerle karşılaştırılmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, the importance of energy which affects product cost primarily in Textile and Apparel Industry has been emphasized and also general information about the kinds of energy used in this industry has been given. The energy consumption of yarn manufacturing which forms one of the production steps of textile and apparel industry has been explained generally and the energy consumption of c chosen spinning mill has been investigated systematically. Simple equations in order to calculate the specific energy consumption of a chosen yarn type has been developed. The specific energy consumption of a particular yarn type which has been produced in investigated mill has been determined by using advised equations and the results obtained has been compared with the data available in literature.
