Türk tekstil sanayinde enerji kullanımının genel değerlendirilmesi

Özet

Tekstil ve konfeksiyon sektörü Türkiye'nin önde gelen sanayi dallarından birisidir. Bu sanayi dalının uluslararası piyasada rekabet edebilmesi için mamul maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi gerekmektedir. Tekstil ve konfeksiyonda maliyete etki eden önemli unsurlardan biri enerji olduğundan, enerji optimum şekilde kullanılmalıdır. Bu nedenle; bu çalışmada. Türk tekstil ve konfeksiyon sanayinde enerji kullanım düzeyi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla; öncelikle enerji kaynaklarının türleri özetlenmiş, daha sonra Dünya 'da ve Türkiye 'de kişi başına enerji tüketimi ile sektörel enerji tüketimi hakkında kısa bilgi verilmiştir. Ayrıca seçilmiş bir entegre tekstil işletmesinde enerji kullanımı değerlendirilmiş, bu işletmede en fazla enerji tüketiminin iplik bölümünde olduğu, bunu sırayla terbiye ve dokuma bölümlerinin izlediği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

Textile and apparel industry is one of the most important industry in Turkey.. In order to challenge in international markets the product costs of textile and apparel industry should be decreased. Since energy cost affects primarily the total cost of textile and apparel product, energy should be used in an optimum way. For this reason, in this study; energy consumption of Turkish Textile and Apparel Industry was examined. For this aim; kinds of energy sources were summarized, then individual and sectoral energy consumption of the world and Turkey were explained briefly. Also; energy consumption of selected integrated textile factory was utilized and it was found that largest amount of energy was used for yarn mill and finishing mill.
